She is survived by: her children, Tanza Abdullah, Larry C. Lewis, Sr. (Sharon), Bart Everett Lewis (Tamra) and Brigott Lewis; her cousin Ronnie Simpson; and her grandchildren, LaKisha Koonce (Rodney), LaKaysha Jones (Nate), Taheera Shelton, Jarrod Lewis (Antoinette), Khalidah Lee, Zatrik El-Amin, Rashon Lewis, Ruguyyah Abdullah, LaChandra Anderson, Larry Lewis, Jr. (Karissa) and Brandon Lewis (Dianna). She is also survived by her family and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the Jordan Grove Missionary Baptist Church (2603 Anita St, Houston, TX 77004). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
