He was predeceased by: his mother Valda Fay Jenkins; his son Van M. "Bug" Jenkins, Jr.; his grandparents, Rev. C. M. and Theresa Jenkins; and his brother Roscoe Guillory.
He is survived by: his father Richard K. Guillory of Austin, TX; his children, Raya J. Jenkins, Sydneii D. Jenkins and Trenton R. Jenkins; his siblings, Rebecca Guillory and Richard Guillory; and his caregiver Naketra Richard. He is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Salem United Methodist Church (402 W John Ave, Orange, TX 77630).
