He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Proctor and Arlene G. Proctor; his sister Linda J. Anderson; his nephews, Mike, Terry Glenn, Ricky and Roger; and his great-nieces, Rebecca, Paula and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas'Chase'Fonteno, David Proctor (Cynthia), Donna Kester (David) and Diana Saufley (Victor); his grandson Christopher Proctor (Tiffany Ybarra); his children, Joshua Proctor (Christy), Alan Kester, Andrew Kester (Sara), Amy Mathias (Josh), Jared Saufley and Ben Saufley; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Novalyn, Ethan of Violet, A. J., Maeve, Della, Emma and Carson; his nieces, Tanya Simmons (Eddie), Shelia Thurmon (Dan) and Tadari Ahles (Frank Martinez); his nephew Dirk Anderson (Lori); and his brother-in-law Lloyd Anderson.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jessie Faye Fields Chapel (7908 Rankin Rd, Humble, TX 77396).
