She was predeceased by: her parent Consuelo Toro; her husband Rafael Tapia Rodriguez; and her brother Agustin Sandoval. She is survived by: her children, Consuelo, Leticia, Lucy, Patty, Silvia, Raul and Jesse. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Jacinto Funeral Home (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015). A Mass was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (1705 8th St, Galena Park, TX 77547). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the San Jacinto Memorial Park (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015).
