She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Robert (Bob) and Rose Mathilda Bierwirth Distler; her husband Franklin Edward Durkee; and her siblings, Michael Robert Distler and Judith Ruth Rives.
She is survived by: her son Franklin Edward Durkee, Jr. (Alison Dean Durkee) of Coppell, TX; her grandchildren, Rachel Elisabeth Durkee (Karl Anderson) of Dallas, TX and Jacob Lewis (Jansyn McKinney Lewis); her great grandchildren, Leo Charles Lewis, Luka Jameson Lewis and Laken Archer Lewis of Coppell, TX; her grandson Matthew Robert Durkee of Dallas, TX; her son Robert Phillip Durkee (Melissa Dorsett Durkee); her grandchildren, Abigail Renee Durkee of Dallas, TX and Lauren Nicole Durkee; her daughter Kelly Ruth Durkee of Tulsa, OK; and her sisters, Joan Roberta Foreman of Bethany, OK, Anne Elizabeth Mary Distler and Christina Marie Ramsey.
A requiem service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (310 E Noble Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044).
