Steve Shaper Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Steve Shaper (Houston, Texas), whose life came to an end on February 14, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Steve is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Steve's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harry Shaper and Ruth Livesco Shaper; and his siblings, Roger Terry Shaper and Susan Shaper Rehmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Sue Zigenbein Shaper; his children, Peter Todd Shaper (Amy Hendin Shaper), Charles Park Shaper (Mary Eliza Lovett), Page Shaper Haun (Bzur Haun) and Clarence Penn Shaper (Laurel Crabtree Shaper); and his sister-in-law Judith Rowland Shaper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
