She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Wells and Creola Bryant Wells; her husband Woodrow Williams; and her brother Bishop Lee Edward Wells. She is survived by: her children, Franzetta Kay Knowles and Wilbert Weldon Criswell; her siblings, Mary Wells James and Charles Melvin Wells; her cousin Rosa Madden; and her nieces and nephews, Genia, Beverlee, Djuna, Eletria and Lee Jr.. She is also survived by great-nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Paradise Funeral Home Chapel (10401 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
