She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Gallardo Vasquez and Dolores Gomez of Gallardo. She is survived by: her husband Juan Hernandez; her son Eduardo Hernandez; her daughter-in-law Shelley Hernandez; her siblings, Susana Gallardo and Salomon Gallardo; and her grandchildren, Karis, Avery, Carston and Ainsley Hernandez. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial donation in Sara Hernandez's memory may do so to the Alzheimer's Association.
