He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernesto Sanchez and Natalia Sanchez; and his brother Filiberto "Felix" Sanchez. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Sanchez, Amparo Sanchez, Mary Sanchez and Ernest Sanchez; his nephews, Gregory Sanchez and Joseph Sanchez; his niece Angela Fox; his great-nieces, Zoe Fox and Kylie Fox; and his great-nephew Zen Simpson. He is also survived by aunts, several cousins, and many friends.
