She is survived by: her husband Matthew K. Harris; her children, Matthew V. Harris, Michele Phillips, Marcus Harris (Sandy), Miyah Harris, Ronnie Harris, Daihja Kennedy and Daerio Kennedy; her siblings, Waverly Richmond and Larry Stephens (Cynthia); her daughter Deborah; and her goddaughter Pamela Harrison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Creston Missionary Baptist Church (3201 Creston Dr, Houston, TX 77026). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Paradise South Cemetery (1006 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77584).
