We had many good times playing softball on the company team and served together for years on the API tank committee where he was a key and proud member. “I met Ron in 1994 at my very first API Tank meeting. He was hard on a young, inexperienced engineer but he did it with a purpose in mind. Over the years Ron and I grew closer to the point that when API was planning on giving him an award, he asked me to make the presentation. I enjoyed seeing Ron at the ATV booth at conferences. He was obviously a man of faith, so I know where he is today. I will miss seeing him look over the top of his glasses at me. My condolences to his family.”
