He is survived by: his spouse Claudie Mitchell; his sons, Ricko Ricardo Mitchell of Springfield, IL and Bobby Webb (Catana) of Chulu Vista, CA; his stepdaughters, Mary Eddins (Tilford) of Pearland, TX, Claudette Fontenot (Kenneth) of Beaumont, TX and Joyce Matthews (Joe) of Houston, TX; his siblings, Mary Daniels of Springfield, Elmer Mitchell of Jacksonville, Anna Mae Williams of Jacksonville and Rochelle Mitchell of Springfield; and his close friend Ottis Scott. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family; and many friends.
