He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Cherry Lynch; his children, James William, John Harold, Fredrick Ryan, Richard Ian and Ann Lynch Doty; and his siblings, Robert Dean, William Albert and Dorothy Lynch Mazur. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
