He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowstetter and Helen Lowstetter (Love) of Richmond; and his sister Shirley Maples of Pearland. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lowstetter of Cypress; his children, Richard Lowstetter (Portia) of Wharton, Robert Lowstetter (Pamela) of Houston, Stephen Dickinson (Kimberly) of Plymouth, MA and Lisa Dickinson of Cypress; his siblings, Duiane (Nancy) and Sondra Hall; his grandchildren, Stoney, Robert, Christopher, Amy, Megan, Emily and Evan; and his great grandchild Drake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foundry Church (8350 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Klein Memorial Park - CyFair (14711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
