She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Neola Lacy and Thomas Lacy; her husband Peter Neale; her children, Michelle Pierce and Weldon Pierce (Heather); her grandchildren, Allison Economes (Ricky II), Thomas "Cole" Schmidt (Aneli) and Taylor Wright; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Economes and Remiegh Economes; her siblings-in-law, Terri Neale and Joseph Hofer; and her siblings, Larry Lacy (Sephanie) and Edie Buffington (Andy).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center.
