He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine M. Galvan; and his siblings, Robert Galvan, Joe Galvan and Dolores Mendoza. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Galvan; his children, Raymond Galvan Jr. (Tania), Nolan Galvan (Amanda) and Leticia Nanette Galvan; his grandchildren, Caleb Galvan, Camila Galvan, Elisha Galvan and Audrinia Galvan; and his siblings, Betty Galvan Munguia, Sylvia Galvan, Sam Galvan, Ruben Galvan, Jesse Galvan and Rene Galvan.
