He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith; his children, Cody Smith (Charlotte Smith) and Lara Varnal; and his grandchildren, Jackson Varnal, Caroline Smith, Caitlyn Smith and Cara Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his brother and sister.
