He is survived by: his brothers, Micheal Bruce Butler (Hazel), Kelvin Bernard Butler (Nancy) and Alonzo Victor Butler (Gwen); his wife Rosie Anderson Butler; his daughters, Anissa Latrice Butler Joubert and Dawn Michelle Butler Samuel; his grandchildren, Justin Tremayne Samuel and Asia Monet Joubert; his great grandchildren, Jai Milan Samuel, Kasen Tremayne Samuel Career and Associate Professor of Accounting In; his family Rosie Butler; his grandchildren, Kyndall and Jaydon; his great grandchild Jai Milan; his sister Bessie Evans; his sister-in-law Jeanette Butler; his aunts, Annie Jones, Mable Rivers, Ruby Johnson, Leola Jones and Velma Clark; and his uncle Jeremiah Jones (Pauline). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and cousins.
