He is survived by: his sister Pamela Carter (Albert McAlister) of Laporte, Texas; his nieces, Carrie Carter (Jim Dekan) of Houston, Texas and Stacy Vickers; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Heike, Heidi and Erick Davis (Burt) of Jersey Village, Texas; his niece Shannon Durham Clausen of Livingston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kory, Chris and Elissa; his nephew Michael Durham of Nampa, Idaho; his niece Erin Durham Rutledge (David); his son Sydney of Ada, Oklahoma; and his close friend Haden Manea.
