Petra Monsivais Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Petra Monsivais of Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Rivera and Adelaida Rivera; and her son Eusebio Monsivais. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Morris (Joel Morris); her grandchildren, Nicolas Lunsford, Tabitha Lunsford, Jette Morris, River Morris and Ryder Morris; and her siblings, Raul Rivera (Sylvia Elevina Lopez), Maria Medina, Yolonda Guiller, Graciela Baldugo (Hector Baldugo) and Bertha Rivera. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pasadena Funeral Chapel (2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the San Juan Diego Catholic Church (3301 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77503). A committal service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Grand View Memorial Park (8516 Spencer Hwy, Deer Park, TX 77536).
