She was predeceased by: her husband William Haskell Nelkin (Bill); her sister Marsha Orloff; and her parents, Fannie Hochman and Lewis Forman. She is survived by: her children, Lane Nelkin, Libby, Andrew Mintz and Dora Hecker; and her grandchildren, Zane and Zander Nelkin.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Gordon Chapel (5600 N Braeswood Blvd, Houston, TX 77096).
