With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nieves Losoya Esparza (Houston, Texas), born in Kenedy, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 82. As we bid adieu to Nieves Losoya's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nieves Losoya has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lupe Losoya, Casimira Colunga and Amelia Losoya; her children, Seferino Esparza Jr., Clara Sierra (Oscar Sierra), Rachel Esparza and Delia Carr (Alen Carr); and her grandson Fabian L. Sosa. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Santana Funeral Directors - Macario Garcia (401 S Sgt Macario Garcia Dr, Houston, TX 77011).
