She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Carter Hays Moore (Jan) and Andrea; and her caregivers, Maria Nunez, Jenifer Newfeld, Musu Bannister, Remi Coleman, Rose Omobola, Yemisi Babatunde, Teresa Huff and Cynthia Galaviz.
