We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 63, Mona Lisa Hawkins in Houston, Texas, born in Laredo, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mona Lisa departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mona Lisa may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mona Lisa leaves behind.
She is survived by: her sons, Joerl Escareno and Daniel Escareno; and her grandchildren, Stone, Julian and Daniel. She is also survived by numerous family members and a wide circle of dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Compean Funeral Home (2102 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77012).
