He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton, Sr. and Ola Mae; and his brothers, Gerald, Edward (Vera) and Myron (Ann).
He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Milton (Angel), Kyle (Anitria), Kevin and Chris; and his brothers, Theodis (late Kim), John (Lori) and Larry (late Mamie). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Cr (9149 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (625 Nottingham Oaks Trail, Houston, TX 77070). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
In place of flowers, the family request donations to one of Milton's favorite charities in his honor. Those charities include but not limited to the American Heart Association, Star of Hope, Houston, Texas; National Museum of African American History & Culture, the American Alzheimer's Association.
