She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brewster and Hazel Flanagan Brewster; and her son Whitney. She is survived by: her son Delano Walker; her sisters, Alyce and Thelma; her great grandchild Karissma; her husband Willie; her daughter Danita Washington (Dan) of Houston, TX; her grandson Kory Washington, Sr. (Pam); her great grandchildren, Kory, Jr. (Rylee) and Kaiya; and her great great grandchild Amarie of Joplin, Missouri.. She is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the Troy B. Smith Professional Services Chapel (9013 Scott St, Houston, TX 77051). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Paradise South Cemetery (1601 Cullen Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77581).
