He is survived by: his parents, John F. Czichos and Viola Parrish Czichos; his brother John F. Czichos; his wife Sandy; and his children, Blair, Rhea, Mike Jr, Brian Kiep and Bobby. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren.
