She was predeceased by: her husband Winnerd R. Hutto; her parents, Harvey Thrower and Bernice Thrower; and her brothers, Edward "Sonny" Thrower and James Wesley Thrower.
She is survived by: her son Delaney Wayne Howard (Esther Louise Howard); her granddaughter Jennifer H. Y'Barbo (Andy Hamilton); her great grandchildren, Haley Elizabeth Y'Barbo and Nicholas James Hamilton; her nephew Danny Thrower (Linda); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Marissa Thrower and Angelle (Matthew Martinez); her nephew Keith Thrower; her great-niece Meghan (Jared Martin); and also, Parker, Jackson Watkins, Robby Thrower (Robyn), Stuart (Erica), DaniLee Thrower and Manning Thrower.
Her contributions to her community were notable.
