Mary C. Wood Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary C. Wood in Houston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wood (Bobby); her parents, Carl Hudson, Jr. and Helen Francis Best; and her son Lloyd Wood. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Wood and Shelby Kilduff (Bob); her grandchildren, Austin Stevens, Ashley Kilduff, Allyson Kilduff, Madison Wood, Robert Wood and Peyton Wood; her uncle Bill; her aunt Geneva Best; and her close friend April Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home (301 E 4th St, Augusta, KY 41002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Augusta Presbyterian Church, 101 East Fourth Street, Augusta, Kentucky 41002.
