She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera May (Franks) and James Earl Glen Horn; her husband Jim Dillon Schoubroek; her children, Thomas Craig Schoubroek and Tonia Kay Eddins; and her siblings, Richard Horn and Sandra Smyth.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Scott Schoubroek, Jason Schoubroek (Alma) and Cynthia Gay Proulx. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the San Jacinto Memorial Park (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015).
