He was predeceased by: his daughter Elsa Segura. He is survived by: his wife Viola Nolasco Segura; and his children, Diana Lopez, Ruth Dominguez, Maria Rodriguez and Mario Segura. He is also survived by sons in law, daughter in law, grandchildren and great grandchildren, friends, and siblings.

The family will collect monetary gifts in lieu of flowers.
