Marie Flickinger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Flickinger of Houston, Texas, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Spence and Mary Spence; her brother Edward Spence; and her cousin Joan Marie Spence. She is survived by: her husband David; her sons, Fred (Leslie Flickinger) and David; her granddaughters, Kimberly (Matthew Lipina) and Courtney Durham; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Jackson and Penelope Durham; her granddaughter Natalie (Jose Abarca); her great grandchildren, Kelvin Lopez, Noah, Elliana Abarca and Isabella (Sebastian Delgado); her siblings, Morris Spence and Alexis Lochner; her cousin Patty Spence; and her sons, Davy, Flickinger and Hall of Honor. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; her friends.
