He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria (Manuel Perez) and Tampalupas. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jo Pate; and his children, Crystal Martin (Dana) of Burton, Melody Perry (Preston) of Brenham, Sonya Graham (Keith) of Katy and Michael Perez (Lupe) of La Marque, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
