He is survived by: his parents, Mattie Marie Holleyman Ligon and John Rodolph Ligon; his wife Betty Jean Condron Ligon; his children, Cheryl Ligon, Richard Ligon (Cathy) and Judy Ligon Pullano (Joseph); his grandchildren, Courtney Ligon and Cameron Ligon; and his brother John Rodolph Ligon Jr..
