He is survived by: his parents, Veronica Guadalupe Ochoa and Carlos Miguel Hernandez; his brothers, Noah Jax Diaz and Luis Antonio Diaz; his grandparents, Ana Yolanda Fasci Gerstle, Ted, Carlos Enrique Ochoa and Veronica Michaela Ochoa; his great-grandparent Isidro Jimenez; his aunts and uncles, Eduardo, Oscar, Raul, Jocelyn and Stephanie; and his cousins, Hailey, Maci, Anaka and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Compean Funeral Home (2102 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77012). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location.
