He is survived by: his wife Carole Woodard of Humble, TX; his sons, Jonathan Freeman of Humble, TX, Loren Freeman of Houston, TX and Marcus (Rebecca Woodard); his grandchildren, Tristan Woodard, Naomi Woodard, Nairobi Woodard and Little Rock (AR); his siblings, Diane Clark Hawkins of Los Angeles, CA, Sheila (Larry), Williams of Greenville, MS, Jennifer Woodard of Grand Prairie, TX and Larry Woodard of Greenville, MS; his aunts, Villetta Jones of Memphis, TN, Barbara J. Clark of White Plains, NY and Linda M. Clark of Senatobia, MS; and his uncle Amos Clark of Greenville, MS. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and loving friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Brentwood Baptist Church (13033 Landmark, Houston, TX 77045).
