He is survived by: his father John Ferrel Lavergne, Sr. of Opelousas; his sisters, Joanne Lavergne Rose of Opelousas and Dianne Lavergne Holden (Mark) of Opelousas; his nieces and nephews, Tracie, Michael, Shanda, Kellie, Christopher, Lacie and Jade; and his pet Wynston.
