She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Quillen Hutton and Doris Goosby Hutton. She is survived by: her brothers, Ronald Martin Howard and Robert Steven Howard; her husband Randall Keith Howard; her son Ron (Melissa); her grandchildren, Sarah, Marshall, Allison and Nathan; and her great grandchild John Robert.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church (11612 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77024).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Jo's memory.
