He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiny Opal and Lloyd James Smith; his brother Dee Hollingsworth; and his son Lloyd James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sons, Jason Smith (Crystal) and Eric Edens; his daughter-in-law Becky Smith; his grandchildren, Halie, Kayli, Laynie, Abbie, Chloe and Greyson; his great grandchild Natalie; and his siblings, Kathy Williams, Susie Walters and Kenny Hollingsworth.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home (9926 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
