He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Bollinger Shushan (Benjamin) and Rachel Bollinger Roffall (Michael) of Houston; his sister Patricia Bollinger Boitmann (Don) of Frisco, Texas.; his grandchildren, Sydney Marks Shushan, Spencer Bernard Shushan, Grace Elizabeth Roffall, Justin Carter Roffall and Sadie Ann Roffall; his niece Julie Boitmann Cahill; and his nephew Mark Joseph Boitmann.
