He was predeceased by: his parents, Telitha Haynes and Thomas Haynes; his son Thomas Haynes; and his grandson Juan Antonio Ceballos Jr. "Baby Johnny". He is survived by: his wife Josefina Haynes; his daughters, Sandra Reyna (David) and Sarah Ceballos; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Emersyn, Aaron and Adan. He is also survived by many other family members and good friends.
