She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Atchley and Amelie Atchley; her husband Bob; her son-in-law Larry Cordray; and her siblings, Vesta Atchley, Mabel Reed, Doris Olliff, Nell Leingang, Patricia McKeithen and Jack Atchley.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Jackson; her children, Bob (Kathy Jackson) of Pennington, NJ, Tom (Margie) of Sugar Land, TX, Randy (Anne) of Houston, TX and Nancy Cordray of Vinita, OK; her grandchildren, Chris Adolph (Erika Steiskal), Brian Adolph (Sandra Knauer), John Adolph, Amy Adolph, Mary Adolph, Elizabeth Adolph, Michael Fry, Lisa Kaiser (Jeremy) and Sara Clouston (AJ); her great grandchildren, Graham Kaiser, Freya Adolph and Archie Adolph; her sister-in-law Vickie Benear; and her friend Fannie Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home (4525 Bissonnet St, Bellaire, TX 77401). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St Thomas More Catholic Church (10330 Hillcroft St, Houston, TX 77096). A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
