He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Joseph Popp, Sr. and Adela Popp (Berger); and his brother Alton Popp. He is survived by: his daughter Georgia; his wife Georgia Popp (Rainosek); his daughters, Denise Edmonds (Ron) of Houston and Kerri Epstein (Rob) of Houston; his siblings, Leon Popp of High Hill, Texas and Dorothy Bartos of Weimer, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ashlynd Epstein, Madyson Epstein, Kendyll Epstein, Colson Edmonds and Corgan Edmonds.
