She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Banks and Tillie Banks. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Brooks (Victor) and Diana Dill (Chris); her siblings, Tommy Banks, Robert Banks (Main), Vera Mae Sloan, Walter Banks (Honey Boy), Leo Daniel Banks (LD), Thelma Brooks and Zenobla Smith; her children, Elvis Bailey and Sandra Jean Davis; her husband Sanford McGowan; her children, John Bailey (JoAnn), Walter Bailey (Jackie), Willie Bailey (Faye) and Mary Bailey-Joubert; her siblings, Lucille Beal (Curtis) and Wiley Banks; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jo O'bryant, Linda Dickey, Francis McGowan (Mable), Kenneth Jackson and Frank York (Bully). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
