She was predeceased by: her parents, Octaviano Delgado Rosas and Oralia Estrada Rosas; her brother Fernando Rosas; and her siblings-in-law, Dwight "Chip" Yardley, Gary Webber and Sue Batey.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Batey; her children, Jennifer Barrera (Julian Barrera), Jessica Valenzuela (Jorge Valenzuela), Melissa Batey (Matthew Suarez) and Christopher Batey (Anna Harris); her grandchildren, Joshua Valenzuela, Jacqueline Valenzuela and Jacob Valenzuela; and her sisters, Mary Perez (Richard Perez), Linda Yardley, Olga Castillo, Carolyn Webber and Kathy Santos-Coy (Rodrigo Santos-Coy). She is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home (9926 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (19222 TX-249, Houston, TX 77070). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Klein Memorial Park - Cypress (14711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
