He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neely (Annie Neely) and Brother Frank Neely. He is survived by: his daughter Ingrid Johanna Huffman (Johanna); his wife Hazel Neely; his sister Faye Cuellar (Neely); his grandchildren, Carson Huffman and Rylee; his sisters, Paula Comeaux, Mary Bickley and Karen Watt (Cliff); his siblings-in-law, Kay Neely and Joe Cuellar; and also, Rylee and Carson Huffman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Peevey Funeral Home (12440 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089).
