He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramsey Mills (Bo) and Lila Dodson Mills. He is survived by: his wife Ann Teinert Mills; his children, James Mills (Stacie), John Mills (Melanie), Liz Womack Swan and Ashley Mills Lance (Garrett); his grandchildren, Sarah Rippetoe (Adam), Natalie Bass (Nathan), Zach Mills (Addie), Spencer Swan, Rebekah Johansen (Sam), Caroline Mills, Graham Swan, Charlotte, Phoebe and Levi Lance; his siblings, Ramsey Mills and Beverly Mills Engelhardt; and his extended family, Jamie and Marc Webb.
