He is survived by: his parents, Wilson "Pete" Rudolph and Margie Lee Jernigan Heine; his children, Michael Coy Montgomery of Carrollton, Texas, Christina Heine of Carlsbad and Jennifer Heine of Temple; and his siblings, Shelia Marie Thornburg of Liberty Hill, Coy "Bud" Richard Heine of Temple, Thelma Lou Heine of Temple, Chris Ann Heine of Morgan's Point and Gary Allen Heine of Brownwood. He is also survived by his family and friends.
