We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 66, Eugene C. Meyer (Houston, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Eugene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eugene farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Meyer and Dolores Meyer; and his brothers, Delbert Meyer and Norman "Bo" Meyer. He is survived by: his children, Ashleigh Meyer Scott (Gentry) and Morgan Meyer; the mother of his children Debbie; his sisters, Edna Meyer-Nelson and Mickey Meyer-Sturgis; and his grandchildren, Rhyder, Paysli and Grady. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
