He was predeceased by: his wife Amelia Slocum. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Huston; his son-in-law Doug Huston; his grandsons, Tyler Huston and Brandon Huston; and his siblings, Susan Round (Stephen Round), Nancy Roisen, Patty Slocum Spear, Michael Slocum (Dana Slocum) and Cathy Perry (Manny Perry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ernie's name to the American Heart Association or another charity of choice.
